The approach
A reusable HTML template was paired with an animated brand mark and structured data for every team member, branch and department, allowing consistent output without rebuilding each signature.

A scalable family of signatures that keeps the brand coherent across a large and varied organisation.

What went well
The reusable system handles many content variations while retaining the same typography, spacing, animation and social treatment.
